Anubis Airdrop Allocation Amount

We'd like to welcome those rugged by Anubis into the $DOG community!

To do so, we're designing an airdrop of $DOG from the Community Fund to holders of ANKH as of block 13522769. It will launch in the first half of December, and is available to any ANKH holder that interacts with us on twitter + fills out the eligibility form.

This proposal is to ask the community: how much $DOG would we like to allocate to the Anubis community? This will determine the maximum amount of DOG to airdrop.

Key notes:

1. The allocation will be quadratic, meaning less $DOG for ANKH whales, and more for the puppers — this is great for the community!
2. We're restricting the airdrop to Anubis members active on twitter, to make sure the $DOG gets into the hands of future active members of the $DOG community. There are ~3000 ANKH holders, but only some fraction of them will interact with @ownthedoge on twitter + entering their address for the airdrop in order to be eligible.
3. The minimum amount of $dog per-address should be worth enough to cover the gas of claiming, otherwise people won't want to join $dog.

Here we propose a few different airdrop amounts — choose the one that you think makes the most sense. You can also vote to do nothing, if you don't think that this is a good use of the community funds.
