$DOG community, we’re excited to present this proposal to (1) invest half the remaining $250k charity proceeds into a perpetual charitable endowment via Angel Protocol to be directed by the community, and (2) use the other $250k to provide donate-matching for the Restore Earth climate change fundraising campaign.

Key Points/Benefits

1. Donated funds into the $DOG community charitable endowment will not be market sold, but instead LP’d for yield that will provide a perpetual revenue stream for charities. a. These donated funds are invested into endowments of specific charities that can be voted on by the $DOG community on a quarterly basis, providing ongoing engagement and sustainable impact. b. Due to the perpetual nature of this donation stream, it will provide ongoing positive exposure for the $DOG community.

2. The Restore Earth campaign matching will help drive funding towards one of the most pressing issues facing humanity and dogkind alike: climate change. Both the size of the donation and the viral nature of matching donations for such a public campaign will provide significant positive exposure for the $DOG community a. $DOG community members would be rewarded with Galactic Angel NFT’s, a special mint of the popular Galactic Punks NFT DAO on the Terra blockchain b. $DOG community would secure a top spot on the donor leaderboards and likely positive media coverage

What is Angel Protocol

Angel Protocol is the leading crypto-native nonprofit platform on Terra, bringing an entirely new angle to the concept of charity: Generative Giving.
