DAOge Multisigner Election - Part 2

Two seats are available, expanding the DAOge from 7 to 9 signers. This will round out the final number of active multisigners overseeing the community treasury, creating a 6/9 confirmation policy. In the interests of expanding to an international community, candidates must reside outside of the United States and be non-US citizens.
