This proposal recommends replacing Steve and John as signers on the DAO treasury multisig with Thalex and Ultron.
• Thalex currently serves as the Token Representative and plays an essential role in DAO operations.
• Ultron is a long-standing community contributor who was recently elected to the Doge Improvement Council (DIC).
The change is proposed to improve operational efficiency and ease of coordination in signing transactions.
