DIC Election

One seat is available on the Doge Improvement Council, an international leadership group within Own The Doge that helps to govern the DAO and fund Community Proposals. This new addition will expand the Council to 5 members. This will round out the final number of DIC members for the foreseeable future, creating a 3/5 confirmation policy. In the interests of maintaining an international community, candidates must reside outside of the United States and be non-US citizens.
