Proposal: Migrate v1 vaults to v2 Sweet Vaults.

Sweet vaults are the latest innovation from the Paçoca team. They maximize your profit and sustainably raise the APY of any pool. These vaults enable you to earn more from farming your favorite coins and make the Paçoca Ecosystem healthier.

How does v2 (sweet vaults) work?

• The smart contract receives the original deposit from the user and deposits it to the third party platform masterchef (e.g., PancakeSwap); • The generated rewards from your initial deposit are automatically claimed and converted to $PACOCA; • The $PACOCA rewards are deposited on Auto PACOCA pool, giving the user a higher APY while protecting their principal.

How do they benefit Paçoca holders?

By converting staking rewards into $PACOCA, Sweet Vaults continuously adds buying pressure and benefiting the whole project.

How do they benefit stakers?

Sweet vaults not only maximize rewards but also make them more sustainable. They prevent sudden APY drops when adding new vaults or when TVL increases. Additionally, there is no need to harvest vault rewards as they are staked automatically in the Auto PACOCA Pool.

How would the migration be done?

Adding new sweet vaults deprecates their respective v1 vault. Therefore no more $PACOCA rewards are minted to that vault; instead, those rewards go to the Auto PACOCA pool. This increases the APY of both the Auto Pacoca Pool and the Sweet Vault.

When would the migration occur?

If this vote passes, the team will start migrating vaults in the following week (Aug. 9th).

Rewards for those who migrate

Users who migrate from v1 to v2 vaults will receive a $5 airdrop as an incentive.

How to migrate

It’s straightforward to migrate to v2. If you currently have funds staked in any v1 vault, you simply need to unstake those funds when a new Sweet Vault is added and stake to that Sweet Vault instead. There is no need to undo LPs. The team will post further instructions on how to migrate if the vote passes.

From these factors, the team proposes to migrate v1 Paçoca Vaults (excluding Auto/Manual PACOCA pool) and turn them all into v2 (Sweet Vaults) in a smooth migration.
