Digital Platform Cooperative 5 hour consultation

As PageDAO enters its second year, we've begun a journey of strategic planning to ensure the organization's goals align with our stakeholders, and to determine a pathway toward sustainability. We're excited to invite Platform Cooperatives to lead 5 hours of business development and strategy sessions with us beginning on July 14th, 2023.

TOTAL COST TO DAO: 1.08M $PAGE Community Multisig currently holds 3.05M $PAGE and will be used to pay for these services. 1.08M $PAGE represents a little over 10% of the current supply and about 1% of the total future supply (100M $PAGE). There is currently $2.13K USD worth of liquidity for PAGE across Ethereum Mainnet and Polygon which represents our maximum present value loss.

SESSION TOPICS:

1. Business Modelling: Mapping the ecosystem to explore interesting features that could benefit the PAGE token utility (2 hours)
2. Community Building: Creating a narrative that attracts people and organisations (2 hours)
3. Fundraising: Creating a plan to align the community behind PAGE incentives (1 hour)
