Should PageDAO Engineer A Funding Proposal to Present to Osmosis DAO?

PageDAO has been building on a bootstrap basis for over a year at this point, but the project has picked up enough steam that its founders can no longer continue to fund development at the natural rate as we have been, out of pocket.

This situation is both good and bad, for different reasons:

It is the end of the era when we were a small, quirky group of nerds absorbing all possible information about blockchain and working out how to put books on it, debating ideas, and building what we could to test our hypotheses. We've had shows, we started a publishing company and took on some authors, we figured out how to make the very real limitations of the publishing company work more easily by going through all of the growing pains with as many volunteers as we could, and we built some open and accessible technology that provides people access to an ongoing application that represents all of the best options as offered by our growing team in real time.

Our PAGE cryptocurrency has not done well, however. We need to add utility. This proposal entails that the utility starts with Governance and Staking.

We will build a Cosmos SDK Blockchain called the PAGE Network and make a deal with the Osmosis Community DAO: a loan, payable in $OSMO tokens, to be repaid in $PAGE under conditions TBD after initial liquidity is provided on Osmosis DEX (app.osmosis.zone).

If this proposal passes, the discussion period will be ten days and a proposal will be submitted to Osmosis DAO on-chain at its close.
