• Stop UNI emissions
• Reduce to 20k PAL / month the Curve v2 palStkAave pool budget;
• Reduce to 80k PAL / month the palStkAave pool budget;
• Reduce by 50% APWine emissions and start engaging for a token swap;
• Switch rewards to hPAL
