Tl-dr: TL;DR : Elect / Appoint a representative for each ecosystem (Aura, Convex & Aave), delegate them the underlying voting power in Warlord and Dullahan and approve an 18,000 $PAL (1000 PAL/month/representative) budget over 6 months to reward them.
