Adjust pool rewards to incentivise CAKE
currently more and more pools are added with no added benefit to the CAKE token, as all pools are BNB-pairs. this is great for liquidity, but ultimately dilutes the rewards for all CAKE-BNB Liquidity Providers.
I suggest to increase increase CAKE-BNB pool rewards to 25x, BNB-BUSD back to 10x and all other pools to 1x to find a better reward balance and drive more liquidity to CAKE directly.
