Second telegram channel

We have seen an amazing amount of growth the last days. The telegram group is bound to reach 10k members, this leads the group chat to have multiple discussions at the same time.

This proposal proposes the creation of a separate Telegram channel that focusses on the topic 'Price discussion'. This will lead to more understandable discussion in the main channel, it will filter out all the price discussion related comments and discussions. Therefore, the community will have a better opportunity to talk about their desired topic without the disruption of other topics. The main channel should be less chaotic which will also be more pleasant.
