Dual Farming Rewards

Instead of giving new farms a 2x multiplier, I'm proposing to go back to dual farming rewards for new farms like what was previously done for HARD and UNFI. For example, farming HARD-BNB LP earned both CAKE and HARD initially.

This will reduce the amount of CAKE rewarded to anyone that apes into new farms for the sole purpose of earning as much CAKE as they can and selling it, effectively reducing some of the selling pressure on CAKE.
