Lower Prediction Treasury Fee

The current Prediction Treasury Fee of 3% is excessively high and removes a high level of utility from the participation in the game.

The community proposes to lower the Treasury Fee to 0.5% to encourage participation and activity on the Prediction Platform.

As active users increase, we believe that the lowered fee will still generate lucrative economics for the Pancakeswap team
