Priority on Locked Staking

Pancakeswap should put a priority on Locked Staking because currently people are harvesting their cake and selling it back into the market which is bad for CAKE. To ensure the saftey of the locked staking, CAKE needs to remove the migrator code and provide a higher APR to compensate them for locking their funds compared to the current CAKE farm.
