Reduce CAKE cost for lottery participation
Since CAKE cost has risen significantly in the past few days and CAKE APR in farms and pools has decreased fewer people are willing to spend their CAKE on lottery which leads to lower prize pool and lower CAKE burn amount as a result. The proposal is to reduce CAKE price per ticket to increase lottery participation.
