Re-arrange Jackpot Claiming on Lottery
Many community members have some concerns about the Lottery Mechanism.
I propose to rearranging the lottery mechanism with restructure of jackpot (4 digits match) rewards claim as follows:
Jackpot winner can pick between these 2 options :
1st Option : Equal 20% unlocks of jackpot across 5 days.
2nd Option : Immediate unlock of 60% jackpot; remaining 40% to be burnt
Jackpot winners who creates immediate selling pressures can be blocked in this way.
