Increase the Cake-BNB FLIP to x40 instead of x20 to bring back many farmers towards Cake-BNB LP.
Lower the rewards for the side pools, most of them are only dumping the cakes and BUSD-BNB for example at x8 is not necessary. Can keep it at x3, and some other pools we can lower the rewards or remove in order to promote CAKE-BNB more.
In the meantime should also work on different methods to create better deflation over time and still keep the high TVL.
