Reduce the price of lottery ticket to 0.1 CAKE

Our CAKE lottery is amazing, one of the main USPs of the platform. Unfortunately, the barrier to enter is set very high, 1 CAKE ~9USD is way too much for many people who are using PancakeSwap daily. My proposal is to reduce the ticket price to 0.1 CAKE allowing a wider majority of our users to participate. I believe this will increase the much needed usage of the platform and will allow less privileged to participate as well.
