IFOs value based on BNB and not USD

Since the IFOs are actually raising BNB and not usd I propose that they all raise the same amount of BNB rather than same amount of USD. Tenet managed to rase 12.5k BNB while berry raised just 4k bnb. Tenet did a 4-5x on the bnb raised so now has more funds to develop while Berry lost 20-30% since the IFO. Assuming that the BNB value will keep going up in time this will allow Pancake to onboard better quality projects and help them raise more money all while more and more participants will be allowed since owning one whole BNB will become harder and harder. THIS WILL HELP CAKE BURN MORE TOKENS which helps it on its goal to become deflationary.
