Should the lottery system be revamped ?

Everytime when a farmer stakes / harvests or unstakes CAKE or SYRUp a percentage 0.5 to be charged as harvesting or staking / unstaking fee. This is to be automatically converted to lottery tickets. For this purpose price to be fixed at 0.5 CAKE. Also even matching one number in lottery ticket should be eligible for 15 percent of pool equally distribution automatically to all eligible ticket holders without a need to claim. This goes the same to all other winning ticket but with different numbers and percentages.
