Offer variable-length staking options for cake?

Staked cake would be locked for 3, 6, 9 and 12 month periods that end on a fixed date. Each period would accrue interest at a variable rate that incentivizes longer lock-up.

Participants earn a unique NFT and fulfill a 'task' for completing a lock-up. The NFT could showcase an artist that is chosen by community vote each period.
