TWT-BNB Farm changes

Hi Chef! The last Core proposal of Farm Weighting Adjustments included a change to TWT-BNB farming pool to -50%.

Many TrustWallet fans disagree with this change because TWT has a huge community and TWT-BNB pair has 13MM liqidity with 3-5MM daily trading volume.

So we ask CAKE community to vote again for TWT-BNB pool changes!
