Proposal to Update Lottery Mechanics

Voting ended about 5 years agoSucceeded

We're proposing to increase in the total number of digits used in the lottery tickets.

We hope that increasing the digits and with it reducing the chance of winning the number of high-value pots will greatly increase, leading to larger burns and greater participation overall.

Currently, 10 digits are used in the lottery tickets (1-10) and the odds of getting 4 numbers in the correct order in a row gives you a 1/10000 chance of winning.

Some options for proposed digit increases are below for you to vote on.
