Should we limit the amount that can be invested per address during an IFO.

I suggest we reduce the amount of LP that can be invested by one address during the ifo. The overflow see during the BRY IFO clearly showed that the system favorises whales. We want a system where everyone can get a chance to get a decent amount of coins.
