Should we limit the maximum number of LP tokens committed to IFOs to a U$D 1000 equivalent on the pair?

The current process is not democratic. By not having a limit to the maximum number of LP tokens to stake for IFOs, whales are able to claim the vast majority of the tokens, leaving crumbs to the community. Also, this sometimes lead to whales dumping the IFO tokens on launch for a quick profit, thus suppressing token pricing
