Switch the Predictions 'Lock price' and 'End Price' Feed

Currently, the Predictions mode of PancakeSwap pulls data from ChainLink Oracle to generate it's Locked price and End price for each 5 minute segment. This option is secure, however it is very slow, as the Oracle refreshes data every minute or when the price changes by 1% (which during this posting BNB is at $352.91, that would mean a price change of $3.52). This causes major discrepancies of the end and locked price as the closing time of the Predictions can be an entire minute off of the true market value.

This proposal is asking for the PancakeSwap team to switch the Price Predictions to be linked/tethered to the Trading View charts, which they provide a link to at the bottom of the Predictions page. The minimum time used should be a 5 second refresh rate to allow for precise, accurate, and timely locked and end prices.
