We have 10 pools with total liquidity lower than $1.500.000 and 1x multiplier with means APR super very high (more than 250% or 350%)

I propose new multiplier 0.5x for this pools below. Rewards back to farms - 5.0

RACIONAL THINKING, THIS 5.0x FLOW BACK IS NECESSARY TO RECEIVE NEW FARMS. AND FOR WHILE IT WILL SLIGHTLY BOOST EXISTING FARMS.
