Reduce Lotteryticketprice to 1 $CAKE & increase winning chances

1. Reduce price for one Ticket to 1 $CAKE

-> more participants -> higher pot

2. Increase winning chances

Currently we have 10 wins in 10 000 ticketnumbers.

I want to see:

*) you get a share of the pot no matter if your matching number of your ticket number is in the same position as the drawn number or not
