Farm Adjustments + New Farm

We're proposing an update to the #PancakeSwap farm rewards:

1x new farm - BTC-BUSD

1x increase USDT-BUSD - 1x to 2x

Redirect rewards from 🥞 low liquidity / low volume farms 🥞 farms with excessive liquidity to: 🥞 Key farms with low rewards 🥞 and make room for more new Syrup Pools!

Basically, to decrease the dilution of rewards across all of the existing farms while adding new ones, and combat what would be considered inefficient liquidity, we need to keep cycling out/down farms that either don't contribute enough volume (the liquidity is not being utilized by traders), there is far more liquidity than is needed in the case of some of the more popular farms or there is simply not enough liquidity/volume being provided due to lack of overall interest.

Doing this will allow us to keep adding more new partners, syrup pools, and farms while maintaining a decent rate of APR across all farms.
