Exchange auto minimum slippage settings

Noticed many newcomers having trouble executing swap due to error. Usually requires certain slippage to be set in order to proceed with transaction. Maybe team could introduce automatic slippage detection so newcomers can execute trade seamlessly.

Additional - projects would report to PCS required minimum slippage for exchanging their token or PCS would request this info when token is listed
