Lottery System Restructure

Proposal to increase lottery participation and increase burn rate:

1. Change lottery to not matter about the order of the numbers.

2. Lower the price of tickets to 5 cake.

3. Change the reward structure to: 20% of cake from tickets burned 10% for 2 numbers 20% for 3 numbers 50% for 4 numbers

This would result in more people buying because of the lower ticket price, more chance of winning “something” even if it’s only a part of your ticket price (like in a real lotto) and a higher burn rate.
