Collecting fees for social good

Currently, the trading fee on PancakeSwap is 0.2%. 0.17% goes to liquidity providers and the rest, 0.03%, goes to PancakeSwap Treasury which is burnt. The proposal is to reduce burning to 0.02% and provide 0.01% to charities with a proven social impact & voted by PancakeSwap Community. This is about tech and social good! Let's do this!
