Denominate IFO value in BNB not USD.

Since the IFOs raise BNB not USD its a better option to denominate the value of IFO in BNB. Tenet Raised about 12.5k bnb while Berry Raised about 4k BNB. Tenet saw a 4-5x increase in its USD value since the IFO while Berry saw a steep drop. I propose that they all raise same amount of BNB, which assuming that BNB goes up in Value will result in higher usd valued IFOs, resulting in MORE CAKE BURNED and more participants allowed in the IFO since overflows will no longer bee 200-400x.
