#2 Farm Weighting Adjustments

We have 10 pools with total liquidity lower than $1.500.000 and 1x multiplier with means APR super very high (more than 250%)

I propose new multiplier 0.5x for this pools:

WSOTE - BNB FRONT - BNB HELMET - BNB BTCST - BNB BSCX - BNB TEN - BNB BALBT - BNB UNFI - BNB BLK - BNB HARD - BNB

Rewards back to farms - 5.0

Racional thinking, this 5.0 flow back is NECESSARY to receive new farms. And for while it will slightly boost the existing farms.
