Proposal to Rescue Bunny and Aid Our Beefy Friends

Around the morning of April 22, Team Bunny was contacted by Beefy Finance and informed that there had been a problem during an upgrade to their Bunny vault. This resulted in a substantial number of $BUNNY being irretrievably and irrevocably locked in their Bunny contract, rendering those $BUNNY completely inaccessible both to their owners and to the Beefy team. Subsequent to further conversation with Beefy and in the interest of fostering greater collaboration between two pioneering projects on BSC, Team Bunny proposes the following steps to return the $BUNNY into circulation.

Proposal Steps Step 1. Beefy burns the contract for their locked Bunny vault (and all the $BUNNY locked therein) and provides satisfactory proof of burn to Team Bunny. Step 2. Team Bunny mints a number of $BUNNY precisely equivalent to the number that was locked in Beefy’s now-burned contract (approximately 6,542.738816 $BUNNY) Step 3. Beefy implements the rescuing contract. Step 4. Team Bunny sends the newly minted $BUNNY to the new contract. Step 5. Bunny lovers at Beefy can now access their newly freed $BUNNY from the new Bunny vault.
