PandaDAO Venture Capital Proposal (PandaDAO VC提案)

Panda Media的Beta版本已经快要上线，它拥有海量的crypto数据，可以提前发现很多Alpha信息，基于信息差而获利，包括但不限于公链投资，NFT投资，Token投资，空投等。

此前审核官基于Panda Media，在一个月内挖掘出了Cult上线（1000%涨幅），quick分叉（90%涨幅），flow融资增加（50%涨幅），AzukiOfficial空投（100%涨幅）等

实践是检验一切的真理，用这个实验去证明产品的可靠性，比任何声音都更加有说服力。因此社区向国库申请9个ETH，用作Panda Media的Alpha投资测试。

Core团队会从Panda Media审核官团队中挑选15人（非core成员），分为3个小队，三个多签钱包，由这5个人掌管的多签钱包进行投资，最小3个签名生效，并且每人需要往多签钱包打入0.2个ETH，一起作为投资测试，VC的多签钱包内总共会有12个ETH，每个月Panda VC会公布一次财报，操作期间内，资金不可转移出多签钱包。

所有获利平均分配给这五个人。

1. 时间周期：3个月
2. 当利润超过本金2倍，VC团队需要将本金打向社区国库，同时结束这次实验。
3. 如果发生亏损，社区和这5个人按照投资比例一同承担亏损。

我们希望能够通过以上测试，检验社区开发的产品，并且为社区未来的任何投资行为做好充足的准备。

PandaDAO Venture Capital Proposal Panda Media's Beta version is about to go live, it has a huge amount of crypto data/information, which can discover a lot of Alpha information in advance and profit based on the information difference, including but not limited to block-chain investment, NFT investment, token investment, airdrop, etc.

Previously the community auditor based on Panda Media, within a month to dig out $Cult(1000% up), $QUICK fork (90% pump), flow financing increase (50% pump), AzukiOfficial airdrop (100% pump), etc.

Practice is the test of truth for everything, we are going to use this experiment to prove the reliability of the product is more convincing than any vibe. Therefore the community requested 9 ETH from the treasury to be used as an Alpha investment principal based on Panda Media.

The Core team will select 15 people (non-core members) from the Panda Media auditor team and divide them into 3 teams with three multi-signature wallets. The multi-signature wallets run by 5 people will be invested with a minimum of 3 signatures to make it work, and each person will need to credit 0.2 ETH as principal to the multi-signature wallets too. During the operation period, funds cannot be transferred out of the multi-signature wallet.

All profits they make will be divided equally among the five individuals.

1. Time period: 3 months
2. When the profit exceeds 2x of the principal, the VC team needs to repay the principal to the community treasury and end the experiment.
3. If loss occurs, the community and the five members's principal will share the loss in proportion to their investment.

We hope to be able to test the products developed by the community through the above tests and to be well prepared for any future investment by the community.
