Funding Cycle Modification (融资周期修改)

Option 1: Set the funding cycle closing on April 10. If it does not reach 500 ETH, the community can open the second round of funding cycle in the future, and at the same time set the maximum supply of token 500 million. If 500 ETH is reached in the process , the 24-hour cooling time will be followed and the financing will be terminated early. In order to protect the initial investors, the price of the second round of funding cycle not be lower than 500% of the initial financing price (0.00001ETH)

Option 2: No Change

融资金额小，优点会降低社区的盈利压力，投资者可以赚的更多，但是均摊风险会加大。 融资金额大，优点是投资人均摊风险减小，但是投资者的收益会减小，或社区盈利压力加大。 目前处于一个中间值，多签人，核心团队和社区将遵循投票结果。

方案一： 将融资结束周期确定在4月10日。 如果未达到 500 ETH，社区未来可开启第二轮融资,同时确认最大供应量为5亿Token。 如果提前达到500个ETH，则遵循24小时冷却制度，提前结束融资。 为了保障初期投资者，第二轮融资的价格价格不得低于初始融资价格的500%（0.00001ETH）
