However, considering that the amount of funding for PandaDAO exceeded the initial target amount by a large margin, if we were to follow the white paper's narrative of "a linear allocation of 12% of the total token supply for one year to the core team for incentives", it would cause a serious dumping expectation of the market, harming the interests of all investors and creating an unfair distribution of incentives to the community. And we also found that the cumbersome process of applying for funding from the treasury guardians by the DAO community would cause inefficiencies in execution and efficiency. The core team incentives are as follows.

The community will request a monthly budget of $150,000 from the treasury for development, design, marketing, mods, servers, DDoS traffic cleaning, etc. All budgets will be credited to a multi-signature wallet controlled by the core members. The $PANDA within the budgeted funds cannot exceed 80% or less than 50% of the current month's budget, and the remaining portion will be distributed in stable coins or ETH equivalent. No more than $150,000 in digital assets of equivalent value in the multi-signature wallet controlled by the core team, and no monthly budget overlap. And every month, all incentive allocation details (quantity, address, discord account, Tasks, etc.) will be published, and if the budget needs to be increased, the entire community Snapshot vote will be required to confirm. every month, the development team and the operation team's leaders need to compete for the next month's budget schedule, both sides to form a check and balance. 核心团队在此提议,取消所有团队的激励,而核心团队只分配前面五个月的激励,取消4月1日以后的所有激励,并且对白皮的激励分配重新修改和调整。
