Raising Opensea Royalty to 10%

In order to prolong the future of the project, as well as be able to acquire more NFT's, I realized 3% in the secondary may not be enough. i.e. Mutant Cats and HeadDAO have a 10% standard royalty, which encourages holding and floor increasing due to limited supply
