In line with the forum post https://gov.pangolin.exchange/t/changing-key-pair-reward-multipliers/1705 we are proposing increasing the multiplier to 10x for the following pairs:
- AVAX -ETH.e
- AVAX - USDT.e
- AVAX - DAI.e
