Can we reduce emission block to 50?

Many people are worried about the inflation rate. With the 3% burn increase this has helped maintain the inflation at higher volumes. I wanna see if its possible to reduce the emissions at ~65 million total circulating supply. Reducing the block rate from current 75 to 50. This would take anywhere from 10-15 days to reach depending on the total tvl and apr %'s. It'll help the slow of current inflation rate many are worried about, helping stabilize the current price until we see higher 24hour volumes than we currently are. Jungle pools should also help theoretically, easing the total amount of panther minted to other native tokens.
