Executive Proposal - “Update the wBTC and USDC Debt Ceilings”

If the Mimo Token Holders accept this executive proposal, the following changes will be deployed to the Mimo Protocol:

• The wBTC debt ceiling will be decreased from 10 million PAR to 6 million PAR
• The USDC debt ceiling will be decreased from 10 million PAR to 4 million PAR
