Council Members Compensation Fee

(Three) Council members will engage with the community to propose and curate projects that will go regularly on vote.

Each members is elected for a term of 3 months and can be re-elected only once (for a max of 6 months term).

Council members can resign at any time (losing the right to be re-elected or to the compensation). In such case, the community will propose new candidates and go to vote immediately to find a suitable replacement.

Before starting to propose and vote the candidates, let's define the compensation.

The PD Team considers that these roles should be a voluntary base, driven by the love towards the PD community. Nevertheless, we also consider that a fee of 1500USDC per month per member, to be a fair symbolic compensation for the time and effort each member will put toward the common good.

For those of you who think the roles should be on a completely voluntary base without remuneration and for those of you who think that the compensation should be higher, we will propose 3 options:

• No compensation
• 1500 USDC
• 3000 USDC (per member, per month)

Currently the Community Wallet holds 129.7106215ETH to use for community driven initiatives and council members compensations.
