Community Council Vote - New Model

Hello dear community, our first term of 3 months is coming to an end.

As already announced, we would like to continue our commitment, as we have noticed that we are currently only scratching the surface and are in the process of getting many small details and administrative things up and running so that we can then really work productively.

We have also listened to your feedback and taken your suggestions into consideration. Here is our recommendation on how to proceed:

• The term of office should be 6 months
• To avoid a possible change of all 3 persons at once in the beginning, we recommend a delayed election of the 3 positions after 6 months (thepartyboy) and 12 months (silverpalm / silversurfer) to start with
• After that first delay, the election is always for 6 months
• After two terms for one person there should be a break of one term before you can stand for election again
• However, there should also be an exception possible that a person can stay for 3 terms of office if he or she is indispensable for the project at the time of election
• So we would have to vote every 6 months. We think thats a good timeframe for continous change, but also stability and not too much adminstration at the same time
• That modus gives us the opportunity to always have already experienced members on board and also to bring in new people with other views and ideas
• The handover to the newly elected person(s) should take place within the first 2 weeks

So now there are two options for you to choose from.

1. YES, we agree with the proposal of the Community Council and wish to proceed in the proposed model.

2. NO, we do not agree with the proposal and want an immediate re-election of all 3 positions for another 3 months.
