Reimburse DAO expenses

Voting ended about 5 years agoSucceeded

Proposed by @monet-supply

Background

The setup and operations of the PastaDAO multisig and discord has incurred the following expenses:

  • @monet-supply:
    • 1.024989141 ETH: Purchasing pasta.eth domain
    • 0.028450241 ETH: Domain renewal
    • $100 USD: Purchasing discord boost to L1 for a year
    • 0.035941185 ETH: Deploying multisig
    • 0.011467478 ETH: Adding Mubaris to multisig
    • 0.016581075 ETH: Adding Andy to multisig
  • @mubaris:
    • 0.01141361 ETH: Executing multisig test transaction

Proposal

I propose reimbursement for the above mentioned expenses for @monet-supply and @mubaris.

Based on the past week's price ranges, I propose reimbursement with PASTA from the treasury at the following nominal exchange rates:

  • $0.25 per PASTA
  • $1800 per ETH

This equates to:

  • 7200 PASTA per 1 ETH
  • 4 PASTA per $1

These exchange rates yield the following final reimbursement amounts:

  • @monet-supply
    • 1.11742912 ETH * 7200 PASTA/ETH = 8045 PASTA
    • $100 * 4 PASTA/$ = 400 PASTA
    • Total: 8445 PASTA
  • @mubaris
    • 0.01141361 ETH * 7200 PASTA/ETH = 83 PASTA
    • Total: 83 PASTA

Grant total: 8528 PASTA

Next Steps

If this proposal is approved by voters, the PastaDAO multisig will be authorized to transfer the amounts shown above to reimburse DAO expenses.

@monet-supply is also planning to submit a vote to approve funding for development work undertaken so far on the PastaDAO governance contracts and liquidity incentive mechanism. This will be presented in a future proposal.

Proposal Question

Do you approve transferring 8045 PASTA to @monet-supply (monetsupply.eth) and 83 PASTA to @mubaris (mubaris.eth) as reimbursement for DAO related expenses?
