Reimburse DAO expenses #2

Background

@mubaris has deployed the PastaDAO governance contracts and incentive distribution mechanism as specified in the previous grant proposal here. Deployment of the contracts required a decent amount of gas expenses, which I feel should be reimbursed by the DAO.

Deployment expenses include the following transactions:

• PastaDAO token: 0.2814 ETH
• Governor: 0.4626 ETH
• Timelock: 0.1681 ETH
• PastaChef Liquidity Incentivizer: 0.1245 ETH

Total: 1.0366 ETH

Proposal

Based on current PASTA/ETH liquidity proportions, the market value is roughly 12,700 PASTA per ETH.

I propose the DAO disburse 13,165 PASTA to mubaris to reimburse the above listed expenses.

Next Steps

If this proposal is approved by voters, the PastaDAO multisig will be authorized to transfer the sum shown above to mubaris.
