Transaction Fee Adjustment

The transaction fee is something that is needed to be adjusted for the long-term success of the project. We said in our last announcement that the vote would be only on charity fees for now and reflections a little later, but understandably the majority of the community opposed to this idea and thought that the reflections should never be higher than the charity fee as it not only sends a wrong message about the core idea of our project it also devalues the charitable side of it. We agree on this and we came up with this proposal:

1. Keep it as is, 2% + 2%
2. Change the fees to 0.5% + 0.5%
3. Remove the reflections and have 0.5% going to the charity
