Core Team Incentive Distribution

Dear Pawtherians,

Over the past several weeks and months, the Pawthereum ecosystem has experienced exciting growth and meaningful progress. To ensure we continue building on this momentum—and accelerate it—we believe it’s important to recognize and reward the core contributors who are driving our success.

In addition to investing their time, skills, and energy, several key team members have also personally contributed their own funds to keep the project moving forward during challenging periods. Their dedication has been instrumental in sustaining Pawthereum’s operations and growth when it mattered most.

To recognize these efforts in a sustainable way—without negatively affecting the strength of our price chart—we propose allocating a portion of tokens from the Pawthereum Dev Wallet (currently holding approximately 185 million $PAWTH) as performance-based incentives. These rewards are intended to acknowledge recent contributions and encourage continued long-term commitment to Pawthereum’s development. Those Incentives are with a vesting period of nine months: 1/3 at the beginning, 1/3 after 3 months and 1/3 after 9months The vesting period will secure the investment and will lead to continuing motivation and commitment.

Proposed Token Allocations Kone51 @Da_Kone (CEO) – 15 million $PAWTH For providing steady leadership and direction as CEO, offering fundamental project support, assisting in development, creating video content, and managing our Instagram and TikTok presence. Kone has also personally invested in the project, demonstrating his deep belief in Pawthereum’s future.

Rasmus @houseofearl – 15 million $PAWTH For exceptional development work, strategic guidance, and dedication to pushing the project forward. Rasmus has made financial contributions to keep Pawthereum operational and growing during critical times.

Jami @Reneb71 – 5 million $PAWTH For technical support including multisig wallet operations, website maintenance and upgrades, and managing key tools such as Microsoft Pawswap. Jami has also provided financial support to help the project through challenging phases.

Myk @mykdoteth – 5 million $PAWTH Our behind-the-scenes blockchain MVP. Myk brings creative problem-solving and technical expertise that are vital to the project’s foundation.

Ryan R H – 3 million $PAWTH For community engagement on Telegram and contributions to high-level strategy and planning. Ryan has also supported the project financially, highlighting his belief in the team and its mission.
