Proposed roles & responsibilities

  • Partner in 🔵 Marketing Unit;
  • Create a go-to-market plan for every product, event or feature launch;
  • Train marketing resources on various action items strategized under the plan;
  • Create a marketing strategy for each distribution channel with set timelines and deadlines and assign responsibilities to all the accountable resources in the team;
  • Oversee day-to-day marketing activity and sync up with the team whenever necessary to address queries and align them with the goals and expectations;
  • Monitor and measure growth across all marketing channels, optimize low performing activities and double down on better-performing ones;
  • On-board quality resources: Identify, Interview, train and lead quality resources to scale the marketing activity;
  • Setup standard operating procedures (SOPs) for each type of marketing activity under the department to create a seamless onboarding, training, execution, scaling and transitioning process;
  • Work closely with the core team on ideation, brainstorming, design thinking new product or feature ideas, align with the organization's messaging and positioning vision.

Proposed offer to candidate

  • Term: 10 weeks (Immediate start until end Q2)
  • Hours: 10 hours per week, flexibly allocated over the week
  • Compensation: 10,800 PENX fixed compensation (Tier 3)
  • Vesting: Linear over term with 1 month cliff
